The Content Marketing Institute announced today best-selling author of The Martian, Andy Weir, will keynote Intelligent Content Conference (ICC) 2016, held March 7-9 at the M Resort Spa Casino in Las Vegas, NV.

Weir was first hired as a programmer for a national laboratory at age fifteen and has been working as a software engineer ever since. He is also a lifelong space nerd and a devoted hobbyist of subjects such as relativistic physics, orbital mechanics, and the history of manned spaceflight. During his inspirational and informative speech, Weir will share how he created his story, The Martian, through the use of technology, how he built an audience and fan base and turned it into a best-selling novel and blockbuster movie.
