Indigo Consulting, Publicis Communications’ highly specialised digital agency, has made significant investments in its key leadership team. The agency has brought on board Paul Dueman as Senior Vice President – Strategy & Business, Chetan Thaker as Head – Customer Success and Alifiya Naik as the Lead – UX Consultant.
The trio will be based in Mumbai and will report to Jose Leon, President at Indigo Consulting.
Welcoming the new key hires on board, Jose Leon, President – Indigo Consulting said, “At Indigo Consulting, we are constantly trying to better the great momentum we have built up across the last three quarters. As the fourth industrial revolution spurs our customers along to evolve and meet expectations of their digital customers, bringing in key talent across our BSFI, hi-tech, FMCG, retail, Fashion & Lifestyle projects was par for the course. Paul, Chetan and Alifiya are highly established leaders who deliver our promise to customers. I am confident that they will lead by example and set higher quality benchmarks every day.”
Paul’s new mandate is to lead business development, account management, sales and strategy functions for Indigo Consulting’s digital transformation business, nationally. All business and account management teams for Indigo’s digital transformation business, across the Mumbai and Gurugram offices, report to him. He joins from Lowe Lintas’ digital services division Linteractive, where he was the Executive Vice President & National Planning Head for Brand and Solutions. At Linteractive, he led marketing, communications and engagement strategy across varied product and service categories.

We will lead conversations with clients across departments to solution experiences for their customers, right across the buying journey. Chetan, armed with a Masters degree in Computer Science, has over decade-long experience in technology-led solutions across BFSI, Corporate Communication, eCommerce, online music streaming and a variety of other niche sectors. His last stint was with VML where he has heading the Project Delivery team, prior to which he has also worked at companies such as Network18 and V2 Solutions. Chetan’s appointment closes the loop for Indigo Consulting’s extremely vital Customer Success Team – the team that ensures clients are set-up for success and derive value of their partnership with Indigo Consulting. He will have all the Customer Success Directors and Managers report into him.

In her new role as the Lead – UX Consultant, Alifiya will bring-in fresh thought leadership to the already acclaimed UX practice at Indigo Consulting, which enables customers adopt relevant and cutting-edge User Experience principles for all digital-asset building work that is delivered by Indigo. Her last stint was with Manulife, a leading Canada-based financial services group, based in Hong Kong, where she was responsible for consumer experience, usability, innovating new digital journey’s and has worked in different countries like Thailand and Japan. She has 12 years of experience across global giants like TATA Consultancy Services (TCS) and Mphasis, in addition to Manulife.
Throwing light on her new role, Alifiya said, “In Indigo, user experience is embedded within the company culture that allows the team to participate in conversations early on, get valuable insights and witness our customers’ growth and development over time. With digital design having no boundaries today, the environment at Indigo nurtures experimentation of new ideas and design strategies and allows its people to introduce something new into their routine work. We need to stop worrying about proving the value of design and just focus on outcomes that provide value, something I look forward to doing here.”
