ZEE Ganga to make Bhojpuri viewers breathe, relax, repeat with Yoga Futurefit

Audience can watch this fitness show on June 21 from7:00 AM on ZEE Ganga’s Facebook page and from 8:00 AM on ZEE Ganga channel

The two-hour show on June 21 will feature Yoga guru Suneel Singh and Bhojpuri actress Nidhi Jha demonstrating asanas and sharing healthcare tips, first on the channel’s official Facebook page and then on Zee Ganga

ZEE Ganga, one of the leading Bhojpuri GECs, presents the third edition of ‘Yoga Futurefit’, an award-winning program on Yoga and healthcare, as a digital-first initiative celebrating International Yoga Day on 21st June 2022. Helping its valued Bhojpuri audience lead a healthy life, Zee Ganga will stream the program first on its official Facebook page at 7am on 21st June, followed by broadcasting it in its channel at 8 a.m.

Successful in conveying the message of an anxiety-free lifestyle, Yoga Futurefit has received over dozens of awards such as ACEF, National Awards for excellence in digital marketing, CMO Asia awards, and Adgully Mobexx Awards to name a few. This time, the two-hour-long program will feature renowned Yoga guru Suneel Singh and Bhojpuri acting sensation and Yoga enthusiast Nidhi Jha. Suneel Singh is globally known as a Yoga expert and teaches Yogasana, Pranayama, Bandha, Mantra, Mudra, meditation, cleansing Kriyas and Japanese Tao Yoga.

Welcoming a morning of fitness and well-being for better health, the session will have Singh demonstrate highly effective yet simple asanas that the viewers can practice at the comfort of their homes. Nidhi will accompany the yoga expert in the demonstration of these asanas. The duo will also share valuable tips for the viewers to choose a smarter, healthier lifestyle, by explaining the endless benefits of Yoga in staying fit forever.
