Dugout partners with DETIK in Asia-Pacific

DETIK partnership puts Dugout top of the football video league in APAC

Digital media company Dugout signs deal with DETIK, and becomes leading premium football content provider in the region

Global digital media company, Dugout, has announced a partnership with Trans Media-owned digital news giant, DETIK, to supply premium football video content in Indonesia. The deal elevates Dugout to become the leading supplier of premium football content to publishers in Asia-Pacific.

The collaboration adds DETIK to Dugout’s existing premium publisher portfolio in the region. This also includes partnerships with True in Thailand, PP Sports in China, Japan Times in Japan, Rappler in The Philippines, Media Prima in Malaysia, Sportsmate in Australia, The Hindu in India, and Docbao in Vietnam.

The addition of DETIK will further augment Dugout’s premium publisher network and offer advertisers brand-safe environments at scale across APAC. Dugout already partners with Unilever, P&G, Standard Charter, AIA and Diageo, with activations across the region.

DETIK is a premium news provider that consistently ranks in the top 10 most visited websites in Indonesia and is read by 8.5 million football fans.

Dugout is co-owned by some of the world’s largest clubs, including A.C. Milan, Arsenal, Barcelona, Bayern Munich, Chelsea, Juventus, Liverpool, Manchester City, Paris Saint-Germain and Real Madrid. It distributes more than 4,500 brand-safe, professional videos a month from more than 100 top football clubs, federations and leagues, which achieved more than 1.89 billion views in the first half of 2020 across Dugout.com and its network of 110 publishers globally.
